Will the sprinklers stick up out of the ground?
NO… all sprinkler heads installed by us in areas where they may be a tripping hazard ar installed a ¼” below grade. In some cases in planting beds sprinklers or spray stakes are installed above grade to clear plant material.
From time to time due to the movement of the ground caused by winter frost sprinkler heads may start to rise up out of the ground. This is checked by us during the spring start up and corrected if there is a problem.
If a sprinkler head that was installed by us gets hit by a lawn mower during the warranty period it is covered under the warranty. Ask another contractor if they would do this. The only way this would not be covered is if the lawn was scalped and the head taken with it.
